ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR JOURNALISTS NOW OPEN

The Information and Communication Directorate (ICD) of the African Union Commission (AUC) hereby announces that the online registration for journalists interested to cover the 4th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union, Regional Economic Communities and Regional Mechanisms scheduled to take place from 14th -17th July 2022 in Lusaka, Zambia, has been launched on the AU website. 

Journalists are advised to register through the following link: https://accreditation.au.int/en/media/2022/4th-mid-year-coordination-meeting

This page will contain all the information regarding participation of media at the mid-year coordination meeting.

A media advisory note explaining all the detailed arrangements for media coverage of the Mid-Year Coordination Meeting will be posted soon on the AU website.

The meetings are scheduled to take place as follows:

  • 14th – 15th June 2022: 41st Ordinary Session of the Executive Council
  • 17th June 2022: 4th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union,

Regional Economic Communities and Regional

Mechanisms 

Journalists will be able to cover all the open sessions physically and/or through the dedicated online link, which will be provided upon receipt of your registration confirmation.
