H.E. Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma with other heads of international election observation missions present in Zambia, including H.E. Jakaya Kikwete, Head of Commonwealth Election Observation Mission; Hon. Maria Arena, Chief Observer of the EU Election Observation Mission; Amb. Ashram Rasheed, Head of COMESA Observation Mission; Amb. Agostinho Neto; H.E. Mrs. Specioza Naigaga Wandira Kazibwe, former Vice President of Uganda; and Amb. Bankole Adeoye, AU Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security; amongst others. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange views on Election Day observations and findings.
