What: The African Union Peace and Security Council (AU PSC) and the Political and Security Committee of the European Union (EUPSC) will hold their 3rd Joint Retreat on the eve of their 10th Annual Joint Consultative Meeting.

When: 16 November, 2017 from 13:20hrs - 14:00hrs (Opening Ceremony)

Who: The Peace and Security Council of the African Union (AUPSC) and the members of the Political and Security Committee of the European Union (EUPSC)
Why: To exchange views on Post-conflict and peace consolidation in Africa, Sustainable financing of the AU-led peace operations authorized by the UN Security Council and Cooperation between the AU and EU with regard to the implementation of the African Peace and Security Architecture (APSA)
