Dakar, 25 juillet 2017: La Commission de l’Union Africaine (CUA) annonce l’arrivée d’une Mission d’observation électorale, déployée sur invitation du Gouvernement de la République du Sénégal, dans le cadre du scrutin législatif du 30 juillet 2017 en République du Sénégal.
La Mission est déployée sur décision du Président de la Commission de l’Union Africaine (CUA), S.E. M. Moussa Faki Mahamat, pour observer et rendre compte du déroulement de ce processus électoral.

Addis Ababa, 21 July 2017: Following an invitation from the Government of the Republic of Senegal, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC), His Excellency Moussa Faki Mahamat, has deployed an African Union Election Observation Mission (AUEOM) to Senegal’s Legislative Elections scheduled for 30 July 2017 from 22 July to 4 August 2017.

APRM Launches Peer Review Process for Senegal
Dakar, Senegal, 13 April 2016 – The APRM has launched a peer review process for Senegal, making it the 20th African country to be assessed for good and responsive governance.
Launched yesterday (12 April 2016) by Senegalese Prime Minister H.E Mohammed Dionne the process allows the country to open itself up to criticism, provide space for dialogue on governance and socio-economic indicators for its populace as well as the opportunity to build a national consensus on the way forward of its development agenda.
