Nairobi, Kenya, 28 November 2018: The African Union in collaboration with United Nations-Economic Commission for Africa (UN-ECA) held a side event during the high level conference on Blue Economy themed “Africa’s Blue Economy: A continental Perspective”. The stakeholders discussed how to exploit the potential of Africa’s blue economy on a sustainable basis while highlighting the challenges and opportunities and how to increase youth and women participation in driving the Blue Economy agenda for Africa’s.

The Pan African Institute for Basic Sciences Technology and Innovation awarded certificates to its 4th batch of Master of Science and 2nd batch of PhD students.

Juja, Kenya: On 30 November 2018, the Pan African University, Institute for Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI) organized the graduation ceremony of its 4th batch of Master of Science and 2nd batch of PhD students at the Graduation Square of the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Main Campus, Juja.
The ceremony was organized within the framework of the thirty second Congregation for the Award of Diplomas and Conferment of Degrees themed “Commercialization of research outputs and Innovations for Sustainable Development”.
